Description

Join the ThinkPlace team as we celebrate Singapore Design Week by sharing some of the stories, insights and knowledge we have collected over 3 years of strategic design consultancy with Singapore public agencies.

In this half-day workshop, we will provide a window into the breadth of experiences and challenges faced by citizens. We will share insights on personas of citizens such as 'the complaint kings'; 'the silent majority', 'blur sotong', 'stompers', and the 'average Singaporean la'.

Participants will be invited to cross-pollinate ideas across topics and agencies with the tools, techniques and mindsets of design facilitated by the ThinkPlace team.
